I started out hands-on — building control panels and integrating machine safety systems on the shop floor. From there, I moved into the food industry, working as a maintenance technician, then supervisor, planner, and ultimately engineering manager.
That journey gave me two things: a deep technical understanding of machinery, and a clear view of the time constraints, compliance pressures, and real-world challenges engineering teams face every day.

This input is combined with our deep expertise in machinery safety and applicable standards (including PUWER and ISO 12100) to produce a detailed, actionable risk assessment.

Compliant Safety Systems And Solutions
Built on your risk assessment findings
Using the outputs from your machine safety risk assessment, we develop a fully compliant safety system tailored to your specific risks and operational needs.
Our service includes:
Design of a safety control system using the correct harmonised standards (such as ISO 13849-1 or IEC 62061)
Parts list and certified design documentation for installation
Commissioning support and on-site validation to ensure the system meets the required Performance Level (PL) or SIL rating
You retain full control of how and by whom the system is installed — whether by your own team or a preferred contractor. Once installed, we return to validate and certify the system, helping ensure it is safe, effective, and fully compliant with PUWER and other relevant regulations.
